Set-up times for participants will be March 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. and March 27 from 6 to 9 a.m.
Proceeds from the Spring Arts and Crafts Fair are used by Southeast Missouri Council of the Arts to match tax dollars from the Missouri Arts Council, which provides educational opportunities and arts events for children, senior citizens and the general public.
