The department of art at Southeast Missouri State University is enrolling students for the final two workshops of its summer series.

One workshop, AW-838 Computer Assisted Typogrophy, began last week and runs through Aug. 2. The course introduces the use of the Macintosh computer and related design ideas in preparing brochure, pamphlets and other material requiring creative typography. The workshop is taught by Bob Shatzer.

The final summer workshop, AW-835 Experimental Drawing, is scheduled for the weekday mornings from July 23-Aug. 9. The course stresses a multi-media approach to drawing and the use of experimental and non-traditional approaches. The workshop will be taught by assistant professor of art, Ron Clayton.
