EAST CAPE GIRARDEAU, Ill. -- Illinois police have made an arrest in a March shooting that left a Metropolis, Ill., man dead.
Rosemary Inserra, 47, of East Cape Girardeau was arrested Friday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and reckless discharge of a firearm in connection with the death of Glen L. Lang Jr., 38. She is being held at the Tri-County Detention Facility in Ullin, Ill., with bail set at $25,000.
Lang was shot at an East Cape Girardeau home March 1. He later died at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
