An arraignment date has been set in the case of a Cape Girardeau man accused of vandalizing an office building late last month.
Travis Henry Fornkohl, 32, is scheduled for arraignment July 24. A presiding judge Tuesday assigned the case to Associate Circuit Judge Scott E. Thomsen.
Prosecutors charged Fornkohl with second-degree burglary and first-degree property damage in connection with the June 30 vandalism of the Auburn Park Place office building, 3065 William St. in Cape Girardeau.
Fornkohl is suspected of breaking into the structure and opening the 6-inch water main on the sixth floor, according to a probable-cause statement.
