AREA STUDENTS RECEIVE M.U. ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIPS

Andy Dial of Cape Girardeau, Christopher Buerck of Perryville, Kip R. Underwood of Sikeston, and Angela Judd and Robert Dodson of Scott City recently received engineering scholarships at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Dial, who is majoring in mechanical and aerospace engineering, received a $1,000 Andrew W. and Cecelia A. Roth Engineering Scholarship.

Buerck, a civil engineering student, received the H.W. Wood Scholarship in Civil Engineering, worth $500.

Underwood received the $300 DuPont Scholarship in chemical engineering.

Judd, who is majoring in mechanical and aerospace engineering, received the James C. Dowell Engineering Scholarship, worth $400.

Dodson, an electrical engineering major, received the Lloyd and Margaret Ketcham Scholarship for $2,000.
