A number of area students have been named to the University of Missouri-Rolla honor list for the winter semester.
Those on the list carried a minimum of 12 hours and have grade point averages of 3.2 or above.
Students from Cape Girardeau are Boyd Louis Denson, a junior majoring in civil engineering; Jerrad H. Hensley, a junior majoring in engineering management; Dyrk S. Huffman, a sophomore majoring in mining engineering; John Andrew Walker Ireland, a sophomore majoring in chemistry; Edwin Christopher Kuntz, a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering; Gregory Louis Kuntz, a freshman majoring in engineering; Dawn Marie McCoy, a sophomore majoring in engineering; Steven John Renick, a junior majoring in metallurgical engineering; Sarah Elizabeth Young, a junior majoring in civil engineering.
Students from Jackson are Tony Lee Blaylock, a junior majoring in civil engineering; Ronald Edward Fehrmann, a senior majoring in computer science; Quentin Bret Kasten, a senior majoring in engineering management; James A. Kimbel, a senior majoring in aerospace engineering; and James D. Ross, a junior majoring in nuclear engineering.
Students from Scott City are James Nathan Daniels, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering; and Paul Adam Petitt, a senior majoring in chemical engineering;
Scott Darin Halter of Benton is a junior majoring in mechanical engineering.
