AREA RESIDENTS COMPLETE MILITARY TRAINING

Navy Ensign Keith E. Johnson recently completed Officer Indoctrination School.

Johnson is a 1991 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and a 1995 graduate of Rice University, Houston Texas. He is the son of Norris E. and Barbara G. Johnson of Cape Girardeau.

Marine Corps Pfc. Carey L. Hale of Oak Ridge and Pvt. Rebecca K. Schildt of Scott City recently completed 11-week basic training at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island, S.C.

Hale is the daughter of Dana L. Davis of Oak Ridge and a 1994 graduate of Oak Ridge High School. Schildt is the daughter of Michael and Marilyn Schildt of Scott City and a 1994 graduate of Scott City High School.
