Area Guard member promoted

Pfc. Lori A. Droge of Cape Girardeau was recently awarded a promotion during the 1137th Military Police Company's July Drill in Kennett. Droge participated during the drill weekend by demonstrating proper techniques in decontamination of soldier and equipment in the event of a chemical or biological attack. She has been a soldier of the guard for over a year. Droge is a 2000 graduate of Cape Central High School. She is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She is the daughter of Dale Droge of Mounds, Ill., Lisa Wissinger of Cape Girardeau and stepdaughter of John Paul Wissinger of Cape Girardeau.
