An anti-stalking training program, "Stalking: Increasing Offender Accountability and Victim Safety," will be presented from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 5 p.m. Jan. 7 and 8 at the Cape Girardeau Police Department, 40 S. Sprigg St. The training will feature speakers Becky Holloway, a court advocate with the Safe House For Women; and Mark Kurkowski of the Stalking Resource Center.
