ANNUAL PRAYER BREAKFAST WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 6

The fifth annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast will be held March 6 at the Show Me Center, featuring Ted G. Sprague, a convention and tourism consultant from Atlanta, Ga.

The breakfast will be held from 7:15-8:30 a.m.

As president of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau from 1982 to 1991, Spraque was actively involved in bring the 1988 Democratic Convention, the 1994 Super Bowl, and the 1996 Summer Olympics to that city. He has 25 years experience as a convention bureau executive.

Sprague will also speak in St. Louis at their annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast.

The breakfast is sponsored by the Christian Business Men's Committee of Cape Girardeau. Reservations are being taken for the event.
