JONESBORO, Ill. -- An Anna, Ill., man has been indicted on felony drug-induced homicide charges.
David M. Olshon, 54, also was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury on two felony counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, according to a news release from Union County State's Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds.
Jami Restivo was found dead at Olshon's residence Jan. 11. Olshon is alleged to have provided Restivo with controlled substances before her death. Olshon was indicted by a Union County grand jury after an investigation by the Illinois State Police, and he was taken into custody Tuesday. His first court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. today.
