AIR SHOW WILL CAUSE I-55 DELAY

Travel on Interstate 55 at the Nash Road exit between Cape Girardeau and Scott City will be delayed today through Sunday due to the Aviation Days air show at Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport.

The Cape Girardeau Police Department asked that drivers use caution when traveling in the area.

Also, the department recommended that people attending the air show take advantage of the shuttle bus from West Park Mall and Scott City High School. Shuttle busses from both places will run every 30 minutes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
