-- Approved Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan package for 1999-2000.

-- Approved contract with Fortis Benefits Insurance Co. as dental insurance carrier for 1999-2000.

-- Tabled motion to contract with Robert D. O'Bryne & Associates as insurance consultant for 1999-2000.

-- Approved appointment of superintendent to the TIF Commission of Jackson.
