JACKSON -- The Jackson Chamber of Commerce Agri-Business Tour will visit business and industries in the Perry County area during its annual tour July 31.

The group will visit the TG-USA plant at Perryville; the Gilster-Mary Lee Popcorn plant at McBride; historic sites in Altenburg, and the a lumber company operation in the Altenburg-Frohna area.

The tour, sponsored by the Chamber, in cooperation with Cape County Pork Producers and SEMO Cattlemen's Association, will leave the Jackson High School gym at 8:30 a.m..

There is no fee to attend the tour, but a head count is needed for arrangement of transportation and lunches. The group will have lunch at the K.C. Hall in Perryville.

Today is the final day for reservation. Additional information is available by calling the Chamber office, 243-8131.
