Behavior changes associated with aging will be the topic of the Adults with Aging Parents Support Group when it meets Monday at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
The meeting will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. in the first-floor classroom of the Regional Cancer Center.
Included in the program will be discussion of physiological changes associated with the aging process, behavior changes precipitated by depression or medication, and the differences between dementia and depression.
Established in 1990, the support group is intended for individuals caring for frail parents, relatives or friends. Support group facilitator is Janet Stewart.
