KIRKSVILLE, Mo. (AP) -- The Adair County jail administrator is on paid administrative leave as an investigation continues into a fatal shooting at her home.

Investigators say 48-year-old Rogelio Antonio Johnson was killed at the home of Jackie Gleason on Friday.

A panel of six Adair County citizens will hear a coroner's inquest to determine whether it was a justifiable homicide.

The Kirksville Daily Express reports that Gleason received a restraining order against Johnson in September 2007.

As part of the order, Johnson was not allowed to be on the premises with Gleason and was ordered not to have any communication with her.

Officials haven't said who fired the fatal shot.
