A suspected Cape Girardeau heroin dealer was bound over to circuit court Thursday. Raiman C. McKenny, 48, of 805 Ranney Ave. waived his preliminary hearing and was scheduled to appear before Circuit Judge Benjamin Lewis Aug. 14. McKenny is charged with felony possession with intent to distribute heroin and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was arrested July 8 following a traffic stop at Jefferson Avenue and Asher Street. During a consensual search of his car, a police officer found 4.2 grams of marijuana. The officer found 2.2 grams of heroin and $1,549 on McKenny's person, according to a probable-cause statement filed in the case. McKenny remains free after securing a $15,000 bond.
