Support Cape County Public Health Department and Cross Trails Medical Center in their efforts to better serve community health needs.

Form a youth mental health task force to explore/improve awareness of access to existing services and identify gaps in services.

Increase awareness and timely use of existing services and/or clinics to decrease emergency room visits.
