AARP volunteers provide tax return assistance

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers offer free tax preparation assistance to low-to moderate-income taxpayers and those 60 and older at various locations in the area through the first week in April. Locations include the Cape Girardeau, Chaffee and Jackson Senior Centers, Cape Girardeau Public Library, the Salvation Army in Cape Girardeau, Benton Riverside Regional Library and Perry County Senior Citizens Center.
