THE PUBLIC MIND: COUNCIL MUST ACT FOR ALL CITIZENS

Open letter to members

of the Cape City Council:

I have watched with great interest the problems you have faced with the zoning restrictions on proper facilities to be utilized to provide the city with a bus terminal.

As a retired administration executive with some of the largest corporations in America, I sympathize with each of you in personal awareness of the many problems faced in achieving a goal for the common man.

If any of you had to ride a bus, ~ I am sure the difficulties would be resolved immediately. Since it is not a priority item on your agenda, I would like to recommend wholeheartedly that you consider the importance to certain members of your constituency; those citizens which rely upon the bus as their primary means of transportation, and those business people in Cape that utilize the service to ship freight.
