‘Fiddler on the Roof'

High school student actors and musicians, along with community musicians, will soon perform the classic musical "Fiddler on the Roof" at the Central Junior High School auditorium.

If you've never witnessed one of Central High School's musical productions, an undertaking so large that productions are only given every two years, this is a great opportunity to see local talent on display.

Several Central High School graduates who have performed in past musicals have chosen to continue their passion for performance at the collegiate level.

For others, the experience gained from participating in a major production at the high school level spurs a desire to continue performing throughout their lives. Some may choose to play in bands; others will sing in church; and still others might find an opportunity to play a role in a small theater production.

We hope you will consider supporting these young people by attending one of the upcoming performances.

The musical will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 8, 9 and 10. To purchase tickets, which are $10 for students and $12 for adults, call the high school at 335-8228.
