JONESBORO, Ark. — Both the Holcomb and Senath-Hornersville High School volleyball teams will compete in the Jonesboro Hurricane Playday Saturday.

This tournament features 22 squads from across Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri.

Holcomb comes into the one-day tournament with a record of 13-3-1 while Senath-Hornersville is 7-7-1.

These are the pools and sites for the tournament:

Pool A

Jonesboro High School

Dyer County (Tenn.), Jonesboro and Salem.

Pool B

Annie Camp Junior High

Holcomb, Bartlett, Green County Tech and Harrisburg.

Pool C

Parker Park Community Center

Paragould, Wynne, Hoxie and Mountain Home JV.

Allen Park Community Center

Cabot, West Side and Crowley's Ridge Academy

Pool E

Parker Park Community Center

Senath-Hornersville, Mountain Home, Walnut Ridge and Conway

Pool F

Allen Park Community Center

Valley View, Manila, Trumann and Westside JV

In three-team pools, teams will play three games to 25 points capped at 30. In

four-team pools, matches will be two sets to 25, with a cap of 30.

Holcomb plays Bartlett at 9:50 a.m., Green County Tech at 10:40 a.m., and Harrisburg at 12:25 p.m.

Senath-Hornersville is slated to play Walnut Ridge at 9 a.m., Mountain Home at 10:40 a.m., and Conway at 12:20 p.m.

Teams then will be placed into gold, silver and bronze brackets for the afternoon session starting at 2 p.m.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students in grades kindergarten through 12th grade. Fans will receive a wristband that is good for any gym for the entire day.
