Dexter Middle School boys’ and girls’ track team members set season’s best records to win the Kennett Invitational on Monday, April 8. The following DMS Bearcat girls’ received medals and set (SB) records:

Dexter Middle School boys’ and girls’ track team members set season’s best records to win the Kennett Invitational on Monday, April 8.

The following DMS Bearcat girls’ received medals and set (SB) records:

Ty’Neka Stracner placed first in the girls’ 400 meter dash with a time of 1:11.25 (SB). In the 100 meter hurdles, Stracner placed second (18:71) and Ember Horner placed third (20:13).

Lynzie Devers placed first in the girls 800 meter run with a time of 2:27.89 (SB).

The 4x100 relay team placed third with a time of 59:44 (SB). The 4x200 relay team placed third with a (SB) time of 2:06.65. The 4x400 relay team finished first.

Sophia Wunderlich turned in her (SB) high jump of (1.32 meters) to win first place.

In long jump, Julianna Hervoyavich placed third with a jump of 3.86 meters (SB).

Autumn Bunton placed first in discus with a throw of 21.26 meters. Bunton threw her (SB) of 9.35 meters in shot and placed third.

The following DMS Bearcat boys’ received medals and set (SB) records:

Cale Pearman placed first (26:31) and Noah Tinnin placed third (27:22) in the 200 meter dash.

Pearman finished first in the 400 meter dash with a (SB) time of 58:31.

Noah Duley finished first in the 800 meter run (2:23) and placed first in the high jump (1.47m).

Daniel Williams place third in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:38.37.

The 4x200 relay team finished third with a (SB) time of 1:48.06. The 4x400 relay team finished first with a time of 4:20.70 (SB).

Jack Smith placed third in shot with a (SB) throw of 10.56 meters.
