The Harlem Globetrotters completed a three-game sweep of the 1999 College All-Stars in Cincinnati Sunday, posting a 106-97 victory over some of the nation's top college seniors.
Saturday night, the Globetrotters beat the All-Stars 99-93 in Detroit. They had won the series opener 108-87 in Oakland on April 25.
Former Southeast Missouri State University standout Bud Eley, after scoring 10 points in the game on April 25, had just one point Saturday but he came back with eight points Sunday.
A taped broadcast of Sunday's game will air on ESPN2 at 10 p.m. Wednesday and at 12:30 p.m. on May 19. College basketball analyst Dick Vitale and veteran play-by-play announcer Sam Smith comprise the broadcast team.
