PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Yvonne M. Mattingly, 67, of Perryville died Thursday April 17, 2014, at St. Louis University Medical Center in St. Louis.
She was born Feb. 10, 1947, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of John "Les" and Renelda Franklin Mattingly.
She and Randy C. Stith were married July 12, 1968. They divorced in May 1977.
She is survived by special friend Blain Adelman of Doe Run, Mo.
Yvonne had been a counselor at Community Counseling Center. She was also a secretary for Perry County Historical Society and member of Democratic Club.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel D. Stith of Howell, N.J., and Timothy V. (Krista) Stith of Denver; a brother and sister, Norman A. (Diana) Mattingly of Hillsboro, Mo., and Pamela L. (William J.) Richardet of High Ridge, Mo.; and four grandchildren Ruby, Desmond, Randy and Robby.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Andrea M. Mattingly.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Boniface Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorials are preferred to the Community Counseling Center.
