JACKSON, Mo. -- Wilma Hulda Hoyer, 90, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Jan. 28,1910, in Jackson, daughter of William John and Lena Kasten Bingenheimer. She and Hermann E. Hoyer were married Nov. 26, 1931, in Cape Girardeau.
Hoyer had lived in St. Louis, Cape Girardeau, Jackson; Buffalo, N.Y.; Denver, Colo.; and Nevis, Minn. She had been a teacher; Realtor; worked at Curtis Wright Aircraft Co. in Buffalo; and had been a bookkeeper, retiring from Imperial Cap Co. in Denver.
She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a son, Butch Hoyer of Oral, S.D.; a grandson; two great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; 12 great-stepgrandchildren; and three great-great-stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, two sisters, four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Denver.
