BLOOMFIELD -- Wilma Virginia Evans, 78, of Bloomfield died Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998, at her home.
She was born April 19, 1920, at Bloomfield, daughter of Frank and Dora Gill Norris. She and Henry Evans were married June 21, 1938. He died Jan. 16, 1978.
She had lived in Bloomfield for the last several years and was a member of the First General Baptist Church.
She was a retired nurse.
She was preceded in death by a son and grandson.
Survivors include a brother, Kenneth Norris of Dexter; three sisters, Norma Norris and Kathleen Colvin, both of St. Louis, and Sylvia Thompson of Bloomfield.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery.
