Wilma Fay Church, 101, of Jackson died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at Monticello House in Jackson. She was born March 6, 1903, at Fruitland, daughter of Robert and Anna Schweer Noland. She was married to Robert Church, who died in August 1972. She worked for International Shoe Factory in Cape Girardeau and was a member of Maple United Methodist Church...

Wilma Fay Church, 101, of Jackson died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005, at Monticello House in Jackson.

She was born March 6, 1903, at Fruitland, daughter of Robert and Anna Schweer Noland.

She was married to Robert Church, who died in August 1972. She worked for International Shoe Factory in Cape Girardeau and was a member of Maple United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a stepdaughter, Anna Berry of Florence, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews, including Robert John Welker of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Anna Nelson; a stepson, Robert Church; and three sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park at Cape Girardeau.

Memorials may be made to Monticello House or Maple United Methodist Church.
