ORAN, Mo. -- William Perry Phillips II, 48, of Oran died Monday, July 10, 2000, at his home. He was born June 8, 1952, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., son of William Perry and Imogene Stacey Phillips Sr. Phillips retired as a printer at the Chaffee Signal Newspaper...

ORAN, Mo. -- William Perry Phillips II, 48, of Oran died Monday, July 10, 2000, at his home.

He was born June 8, 1952, in Cape Girardeau, Mo., son of William Perry and Imogene Stacey Phillips Sr.

Phillips retired as a printer at the Chaffee Signal Newspaper.

He served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include a son, Zachary Phillips of Oran; two daughters, Carrie Phillips of Scott City, Mo., Jessica Phillips of Oran; his parents of Oran; and a grandchild.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Friend Cemetery.
