William Everett "Bill" Norris, 49, of Katy, Texas, and formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, July 10, 1991, at his home.

He was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Cape Girardeau County, the son of William M. and Maggie Miller Norris.

He was a carpenter and moved to Texas in 1981.

In 1962, he married the former Juanita Loos in Cape Girardeau. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Scott Norris of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Pam Snider of Houston, Texas; a brother, Fred Norris of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Mildred Watson of Cape Girardeau and Zelma Bridwell of Benton; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a son.

Arrangements are incomplete at Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
