CHARLESTON, Mo. -- William David McCormick, 95, of Charleston died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, at the Charleston Manor.
He was born Feb. 4, 1906, in Paris, Tenn., son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fonzie McCormick. He and Catherine Chamberlain were married in 1926.
McCormick was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Coon Hunters Association and was owner/operator of McCormick's Barber Shop until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jeannie Bernal of Leon, GTO., Mexico; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Chapel in Charleston from 4-7 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. The Rev. Richard Combs will officiate, with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
