William Heuring

William R. Heuring, 90, of Scott City died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011 at his home.

He was born Dec. 5, 1920, in Scott City (Ancell) to Bernard and Regina Glueck Heuring. He and Annis Seabaugh were married Aug. 29, 1942, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.

William retired from Ely Walker. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Jesse (Darla) Heuring of Boaz, Ky.; two daughters, Judy (Ken) Heisserer of Kelso, Mo., Darlene Heuring of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Albert Heuring of Mesa, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City. Parish prayers will be at 6 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Oliver Clavin at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
