SEDGEWICKVILLE -- Funeral service for William D. Pridemore of Sedgewickville will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church.
The Rev. William Brooks will officiate and burial will be in the Sedgewickville Cemetery.
Mr. Pridemore died Thursday at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was 81.
He was born Nov. 22, 1909 at Perryville, the son of William and Sarah Ann Barks Pridemore. In August 1934, he married the former Goldia Rohan, who preceded him in death April 1985.
He was a member of the Sedgewickville Lutheran Church, and was a bus driver for Sedgewickville schools for more than 37 years. He also farmed.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Pridemore of Perryville; a daughter, Mary Lou Starkey of Sedgewickville; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He also was preceded in death by a son, seven brothers and two sisters.
Visitation for Mr. Pridemore was Saturday evening at the Liley Funeral Home in Patton.
