Dr. William A. Thomson, 78, 300 N. Sunset, died Tuesday, March 22, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born May 6, 1915, at Chaffee, son of William B. and Ara Finley Thomson. He and Thelma M. LaBrot were married April 17, 1937, in St. Louis.
Thomson was an osteopath here from 1938-86. He was a member of First Christian Church. Thomson was a 1936 graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Margaret Palko of Lebanon, Ohio; a sister, Mary Thomson of Sikeston, and a granddaughter.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Gazebo in Memorial Park. The Revs. Leigh and Mary Earley will officiate.
There is no visitation.
Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
