Willard Woodrow Kelley, 70, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Landmark Hospital.
He was born Dec. 22, 1943, in Cape Girardeau, to Early Lee and Muriel Southard Kelley.
Willard moved to Florida in the mid-1970s where he worked as a maintenance technician for a retirement community. He returned to Cape Girardeau in 2004.
Survivors include his mother, Muriel Kelley of Cape Girardeau; a son, Frank Kelley; a daughter, Debbie Dahms of Jackson; a stepdaughter, Sunny Maginnis of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Howard Kelley of Cape Girardeau and Lloyd Kelley (Margie) of Jackson; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Early Lee Kelley; and a son, James Kelley.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.
