CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Funeral service for Wilbur J. Lange of the Lutheran Home will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Helmuth Sylvester officiated, with burial in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery at Egypt Mills.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until time of service.
Lange, 88 years old, died Thursday, Jan. 17, 1991, at the Lutheran Home.
He was born Nov. 11, 1902, at Egypt Mills, son of Henry and Mary Koerber Lange.
Lange was a farmer. He was a member of Egypt Mills Trinity Church, and former Sunday School teacher and former member of its Men's Club.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Marie Lange of Cape; two nieces, Karen Cannon of Cape, Margaret Erickson of Peoria, Ill., and two nephews, David and Maurice Lange of Cape.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
