EAST PRAIRIE -- W.H. "Red" Nall, 73, of East Prairie, died Thursday, April 6, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
He was born Dec. 4, 1921, in Chicot, Ark., son of William H. and Inez Bippus Nall Sr. He and LaVern Noblin were married May 29, 1942, in New Madrid.
Nall was a self-employed plumber, and member of First Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Terry Nall of East Prairie, William Nall Jr. of Tampa, Fla., Ricky Nall of Robins, Ga., Wendell Nall of Columbia; two daughters, Shirley Grogan of East Prairie, Lucy Slaten of Charleston; two brothers, Frank and James Nall of Benton; two sisters, Ruth Ishmael of East Prairie, Emma Upchurch of Tennessee; 14 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, great-grandson, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 6 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. George White officiating. Burial will be in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
