DEXTER -- Graveside service for W.G. "Griff" Frank of Dexter was held Monday at Hagy Cemetery, with the Rev. Vyron Yount officiating.
Watkins Funeral Home at Dexter was in charge of arrangements.
Frank, 84, died Saturday, Aug. 6, 1994, at his home.
He was born Feb. 6, 1910, near Dexter, son of Wilson and Thursia Vaughn Frank. He and Katie Monroe Richard were married May 10, 1947. She died June 23, 1976.
He was a retired employee of Castor Township. He was a member of Hills Church near Bloomfield. Frank served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include three stepsons, James, Jerry and Carl "Cotton" Richard of Dexter; a stepdaughter, Francis Farmer of St. Clair; numerous stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two stepsons and a stepdaughter.
