OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Wave Lawrence, 93, of Willow Springs, Mo., formerly of Olive Branch, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1993, at Willow Care Nursing Home in Willow Springs. She was born March 18, 1899, in Avena, Ill., daughter of James Franklin and lucy Avena Eyestone Irez. She and Tom Lawrence were married July 3, 1921. He died in 1967...

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Wave Lawrence, 93, of Willow Springs, Mo., formerly of Olive Branch, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1993, at Willow Care Nursing Home in Willow Springs.

She was born March 18, 1899, in Avena, Ill., daughter of James Franklin and lucy Avena Eyestone Irez. She and Tom Lawrence were married July 3, 1921. He died in 1967.

Lawrence was a charter member of Trinity Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include a son, Tom Lawrence of Willow Springs; two sisters, Dorothy Sams and Norma Robinson of Olive Branch; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Chapel in Tamms. The Rev. Billy Don Heady will officiate, with burial in St. John's Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
