MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Warren H. Woodfin, 82, of DeSoto, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 24, 2003, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City, Mo.
He was born Nov. 2, 1920, at Lutesville, Mo., son of Jasper and Rebecca Mansker Woodfin. He and Edna D. Myers were married Dec. 24, 1938.
Woodfin was a retired molder with Brentwood Castings Co. in St. Louis. He was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church in DeSoto and DeSoto Masonic Lodge. He was formerly of Marble Hill.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Wilma Weidenhoffer of DeSoto; three granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, seven brothers, and three sisters.
Friends may call at First Freewill Baptist Church in DeSoto from 3 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the church, with the Revs. Bob Thebeau and Denver Eaker officiating. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery near Marble Hill.
