WARD VICK

TAMMS, Ill. -- Ward Vick, 67, of Tamms, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1992, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was born Aug. 19, 1924, in Alexander County, son of Columbus and Lucy Wilson Vick. He and Pauline Phillips were married July 3, 1950.

Vick was a retired carpenter, member of Carpenters Union, and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Debbie Atherton of Mayfield, Ky., Kay Mowery of Anna, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother and half brother.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Crain Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Bruce Cullers will officiate, with burial in McCrite Cemetery near here.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
