CROSSTOWN, Mo. -- Wanda M. Weibrecht, 94, of Crosstown died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011, at her home.
She was born May 9, 1917, at Grand Tower, Ill., daughter of Tex and Haddie Smith Golden. She married Cletus Roberts, who passed away in 1966. She then married Edwin C. Weibrecht May 12, 1984. He preceded her in death Oct. 19, 2007.
Wanda had worked at McGraw Edison Fuse Co. She was of the Baptist belief, and was the last of the Golden Girls.
Survivors include a son, Jack Roberts of Farmington, Mo.; two stepdaughters, Phillus Roberts and Barbara Dudley, both of Perryville, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; a son, Bo Roberts; a daughter, JoDean Pingel; and a son-in-law, Eldon Pingel.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m., and Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. until service time at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Don Estes officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
