PERRYVILLE -- Wallace Grimaud, 85, of Perryville died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 1992, at the Perry County Nursing Home in Perryville.

He was born July 23, 1907, at Crosstown, the son of James and Cecelia Niehaus Grimaud. On Aug. 11, 1928, he married Ruth Dietrich, who survives of Perryville.

He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Crosstown, American Legion Post 133 in Perryville, and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

Other survivors include a son, Wendell Grimaud of Troy, Ill., and two grandchildren. Four brothers and five sisters preceded him in death.

There will be no visitation. The body was donated to the St. Louis University School of Medicine. Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.
