PERRYVILLE -- Vivian Zoellner, 80, of Perryville died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 1997, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 6, 1917, in Perry County, daughter of Edward William and Hilda Alma Unverferth Prost. She and Clyde F. Zoellner were married April 20, 1941, in Perryville. He died July 13, 1995.
Zoellner had been employed by Probate Court, at St. Mary's of the Barrens Rectory, Brown Shoe Co., Association of the Miraculous Medal, and had been a substitute rural mail carrier.
She was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic Church, member and past regent of Daughters of Isabella, member and past president of Western Catholic Union, member of Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, Perryville Lady Golfers Association, and Perryville Square Dance Prominaders.
Survivors include three sons, Frank Zoellner of Rolla, Michael Zoellner of Atchison, Kan., Richard Zoellner of Perryville; two brothers, Edward and Linus Prost of Perryville; Aurelia Wood of Ste. Genevieve; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, two brothers, and a sister.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's of the Barrens Church, with the Rev. Michael Zoellner officiating.
