VIVIAN MAY HAGLER

UNITY, Ill. -- Vivian May Hagler, 89, of Unity died Sunday, Nov. 26, 1996, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born May 25, 1906, at Browntown, Ill., daughter of Floyd and Stella Daugherty Switer Dycus. She and Dean Dan Hagler were married. He preceded her in death Sept. 26.

She was a member of the Unity Baptist Church.

Survivors included a son, Dean Hagler of Tamms, Ill., and a half-sister, Gladys Calvert of Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, two brothers and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms after 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Funeral service will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Revs. John McCaherty and Verlee Eaker will officiate. Burial will be at the St. Johns Cemetery in Dongola, Ill.
