PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Vivian M. Huber, 89, of Perryville died Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at her home near Sereno, Missouri.
She was born March 20, 1925, in Perry County, daughter of Leo and Maggie Weber DuBois. She and LeRoy A. Huber were married Nov. 6, 1947.
Vivian had been a receptionist for Dr. Lawrence Feltz and Dr. J.F. Fairchild more than 40 years. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Ladies Sodality and Ladies of Charity. She enjoyed working in her garden, and loved to crochet.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jan (Jeff) Mezo; a sister, Janet (Vince) Moore; a brother, Wayne (Alvera) DuBois, all of Perryville; three grandchildren, Brittany (Zach) Hecht, Nick Mezo and Natalie Mezo; two great-grandchildren, Maddyson and Klayton Hecht; and a special niece, Mary Ellen (Alan) Unterreiner of Colville, Washington.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Chalmer and Wilmer DuBois.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 6:30 to 9:40 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Monday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent Church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to Ladies of Charity or masses.
