Viva Jean Ozbun, 32, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, July 5, 2011, at her home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born April 30, 1979, in El Cajon, Calif.
Viva graduated from Sikeston High School in 1997. She loved art, including drawing, painting and poetry. She designed, created and sold her own line of jewelry.
She is survived by her boyfriend, Matthew Cook of Cape Girardeau; a close friend, James Crowell of Cape Girardeau; and other friends.
A memorial service for Viva Ozbun will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Red Star Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, with the Rev. Rick Crump officiating. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery in Cape Girardeau at a later date.
Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
