JONESBORO, Ill. -- Virginia Mae Polk, 80, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, July 5, 2000, at Jonesboro Healthcare Center. She was born May 4, 1920, in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles and Ollie Rader Butler. JONESBORO, Ill. -- Virginia Mae Polk, 80, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, July 5, 2000, at Jonesboro Healthcare Center.

She was born May 4, 1920, in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles and Ollie Rader Butler.

Survivors include a daughter, Pat Peshoff of Richmond, Texas; a son, Charles Peshoff of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; a sister, Ruby Butler of Anna; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hileman and Parr Funeral Home. The Rev. Carl Land will officiate.
