CAIRO, Ill. -- Virginia Mae Holshouser, 72, of Cairo died Thursday, Dec. 28, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 20, 1922, at America, Ill., daughter of Clifford and Beulah Johnson Dover.
She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Mounds.
Survivors include two daughters, Joan Marie Stuart of Cairo and Ella Mae Nalley of Grand Chain; two sisters, Edna Marie Dover and Sharon K. Kearney, both of Cairo; two brothers, Arvid E. Dover of Skokie and Donald L. Dover of St. Louis; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo, where funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in McCrite Cemetery near Tamms.
