Virginia Drew Ingvalson, 97, of Scott City died Monday, March 28, 2005, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born Nov. 19, 1907, in Pine Bluff, Ark., daughter of George and Julia Ann Berry Hall. She and William Ingvalson were married Sept. 23, 1926, in Cairo, Ill. He died Feb. 2, 1975...

Virginia Drew Ingvalson, 97, of Scott City died Monday, March 28, 2005, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 19, 1907, in Pine Bluff, Ark., daughter of George and Julia Ann Berry Hall. She and William Ingvalson were married Sept. 23, 1926, in Cairo, Ill. He died Feb. 2, 1975.

Ingvalson was a member of First Baptist Church in Scott City.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth Ingvalson of Scott City; a daughter, Gloria Faye Wadlington of Scott City, Billie Sue Doris of Denver, Colo.; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, a sister, four half brothers and a half sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Terry Eades officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
